Most men don't need another vacation. They need distance from the machine.
For four days, leave behind the meetings, the notifications, the routine. Ride motorcycles across black-sand beaches, hike volcanoes before sunrise, and feel the kind of adventure that reminds you you're alive. This isn't an escape — it's a reset.
Four days in Bali, in a few minutes.

Trade the machine for the open road.
Comfort is useful. Sameness is a slow leak. For four days you'll swap the screen for the throttle — volcano ridgelines at dawn, black-sand coast, the kind of days that don't fit in a calendar invite.

The best conversations don't happen in boardrooms.
They happen after a hard day, around a fire, with people who understand the path you're on. Sit with entrepreneurs, fathers, creators and adventurers for honest talk about purpose, business, family, and the next chapter. Leave with real friendships and a clearer direction.

Challenge reveals character.
Through physical challenge and shared experience, you'll reconnect with the part of yourself that thrives on growth and uncertainty — the part that goes quiet when life gets too comfortable.
Push past the perceived limit. That's where the edge lives.Four days. A lifetime of moments.
A taste of what's on the itinerary. The full run of show — timings, riding routes, meeting points — goes out to confirmed guests.
Built for men ready for the next chapter.
Not a personality — a posture. If you're successful on paper but quietly restless, this room is for you.
Nick & Clay
We've spent years chasing adventure, building businesses, exploring the world, and asking bigger questions about what makes a life well lived.
Vulkaan exists because too many men are stuck in routines that are comfortable but not fulfilling. This retreat brings together what's shaped us most: adventure, challenge, brotherhood, meaningful conversation, and stepping far outside your comfort zone.
Over four days in Bali we'll guide you through bucket-list experiences, facilitate honest discussions, and create the conditions for genuine connection with an exceptional group of men.
Our goal is simple: help you return home with new friendships, renewed energy, and a deeper sense of purpose than when you arrived.

The EO Vulkaan Bali Retreat is capped at 40 attendees to keep it intimate, and spots are filling. If the dates (October 15–19, 2026) work but you need time to sort flights and logistics, you can hold your place now at zero cost.
It takes 30 seconds — just your name, email and WhatsApp. No payment required. We hold your spot for 30 days and reach out personally to confirm.

Everything you're wondering.
The things people ask before they hold a spot. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we'd rather answer than have you guess.
October 15–19, 2026, in Bali, Indonesia. Fly into Denpasar (DPS) on the 15th and out on the 19th — that gives you four full days on the ground. We'll send the base location, arrival window and pickup details once your spot is confirmed.
$2,800 covers everything from the moment you land: accommodation for the four nights, all meals, every guided activity and experience, and ground transport for the whole retreat. You arrange your own flights to and from Bali, travel insurance, visa on arrival, and anything either side of the retreat dates.
Reasonably fit is enough. The two demanding pieces are a pre-dawn volcano hike — a couple of hours of steady climbing on loose volcanic ground — and full days on a motorcycle. You don't need riding experience: bikes, gear and a proper briefing are provided, and there's a vehicle on every route if you'd rather sit a leg out. Nothing on the itinerary is mandatory.
$2,800 per person, all-in once you're in Bali, flights excluded. Holding a spot costs nothing — name, email and WhatsApp on the form above, and we keep it for you for 30 days while you sort logistics. We'll then reach out personally to confirm and walk you through registration on the myEO event page.
Yes — this is an official myEO retreat, so it runs for EO members. Bringing your forum is encouraged: if you want several spots held together, note that on the form and we'll block them as a group.
Up to 40 EO members from chapters around the world — founders and operators, most of them deep in a business and quietly overdue for a reset. Small enough that you'll know every name by the second night, which is the whole point of the cap.
A hold isn't a commitment. No payment, no obligation — if the timing stops working, tell us and we release it to the next person in line. Cancellation terms only apply once you've formally registered and paid, and they'll be in your confirmation.
Ask us directly — happy to get on a call and talk through whether this is the right fit for you or your forum. Full event details also live on the myEO event page.
